Safety instructions for our products

Welcome to our safety instructions page. The safety and satisfaction of our customers is important to us. Please read the following carefully to ensure that you are using our products safely and properly.

1. General safety instructions

Our products are designed for private use and should only be used in accordance with their intended function.
Unless expressly stated, our products are not suitable for contact with food.
Please note that some of our products contain small parts that may be dangerous for young children. Keep these products away from children under 3 years of age.
3D printed products may have sharp edges or tips. Check the products before use and avoid contact with sensitive surfaces or parts of the body.
Keep our products out of the reach of pets to avoid accidental ingestion.

2. Product-specific information

2.1 Diamond Painting-Sets

The stones (diamonds) contained in the sets are small and can be easily swallowed. Therefore, the products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Make sure that adhesive residues do not get into the eyes or sensitive skin. If this happens, rinse the affected area immediately with water.
Work in a clean, level workplace to avoid the loss of stones.
After use, store all stones and tools in the containers provided.

2.2 3D printed accessories

Our 3D printed products are stable, but they can break under excessive stress.
Direct sunlight or high temperatures can deform the material. Store the products at room temperature and avoid contact with open flames.
For regular use, we recommend checking the products for wear and tear or damage.
Products that are intended to come into contact with food are only food-safe if this is explicitly stated in the product description.

2.3 Coverminder

No toys! Coverminders often contain strong magnets and are not suitable for children.
Please pay attention to the following information regarding the magnets.

2.4 Neodymium-magnets

⚠ Attention! Strong magnets. Do not swallow!

Risk of ingestion: Neodymium magnets are extremely strong. If several magnets are swallowed, they can attract each other in the body and cause serious injuries. Seek medical help immediately!
Not suitable for children! This product is not a toy. Young children are not allowed to play with magnets or put them in their mouths.
Magnetic interference: Magnets can damage electronic devices, pacemakers, credit cards and data carriers. Hold at least 20 cm distance to such objects.
Risk of breakage and splintering: Neodymium magnets are brittle. When colliding, they can break and cause sharp fragments. Avoid hard impacts and make sure to handle them carefully.
Avoid finger crushing: Large magnets attract with high force and can pinch skin or fingers. Keep your distance and ensure safe handling.
Heat: Neodymium magnets lose from approx. 80°C their magnetic force. Do not expose them to high heat or open flames.

3. Care and storage instructions

Diamond Painting Sets: Store the sets in a dry, cool place to keep the glue and stones in the best condition.
3D printed products: Clean the products with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.
Make sure that the products are stored properly to avoid deformation or damage.

4. Environmental and disposal information

Our products are made of high-quality materials that are not biodegradable. Please do not dispose of damaged products in household waste.
Find out about the recycling options in your region and dispose of the products in an environmentally friendly way.
Packaging materials can be recycled. Separate paper, cardboard and plastic accordingly.

The safety of our products is carefully tested. Nevertheless, we do not accept any liability for damage caused by improper use or modifications to the product.
